I do think they way underestimated how many people would use this program and that's why they have already used up all the money. Congress looks like they may pass an extension that would allocated more money to this bill. It's great to see that this bill is considered too successful as we will see more and more fuel efficient cars on the road. I don’t think there is anything to worry about.
