Yes they are great, healthy and better than the ones in the grocery store, but its hard to keep up with them in busy work life. Unfortunately, here in my town there are no steady ones.
We can buy local fruits for our needs. The fruits will be more free from contamination. Moreover, we can make our local place more productive in produce good fruits.
I love farmers markets! I could work at one and be the happiest girl on earth.
Eating locally is not only good for you and your wallet but it helps cut down on your energy consumption. The average food bought at a conventional store has traveled nearly 5,000 miles before arriving on your plate. something is just not right there…
That really looks yummy! I love it fresh. I’m a vegetarian by the way.
