I know. It’s frustrating that some people who make legitimate comments and get flagged as spam. I try my best to look through all the spammed comments to make sure that a good one is not slipping through the cracks, but when you get a few hundred it’s hard to do.

p.s. what’s really almost “funny” (if it wasn’t such a pain to deal with comment spam) is that it looks like your posts are now nofollowed anyway … so all those people with keywords instead of names are typing for nothing … even if their comment did escape the spam filter 🙂
Todd: Yeah, I probably should have not posted that, but hopefully it draws people to my site to learn new things everyday. Yeah, I don’t get spam comment because their links are only going to be nofollows on my site. The only people I reward on my site are the top commentators, which I do give a dofollow link to on this blog’s home page.
Don’t you just hate those spammers for clogging up your comment moderation queue??
