I have been reusing toilet papers since 2 months and i must say i’m proud of it.I do store them and once a month i send them for recycling.
Good reminder that even small items should be recycled or reused when possible. When that small item is used on a daily basis, it is easy to imagine how much it adds up to over time. People should feel guilty when they throw these kinds of things in the trash. At the very least, they should end up in your recycling bin.
Several years ago, while in jr. high school, I used a toilet parer roll as part of my science project.
I like your tip about using a roll for storing cords.
I’ve been using toilet rolls as compost supplements for a while now as I read about it’s carbon value sometime ago. 🙂
Till then,
Jean
Yes, i also throw out empty toilet paper roll, but i will collect and reuse it.
I put them in recycle bin but i have wrapped crochet yarn around it to keep it from getting tangled.
When I was reading up on other uses for paper rolls, this seems to be a another popular option along with being a coord holder.
